Move-O Client is a mobile application that lets you and your family members manage memberships, bookings, schedules, and payments at the fitness studio, sports school, or kids activity club you attend.
The app is provided by the developers of Move-O Client (referred to as "we" or "Move-O"). The business whose services you use (your "Club") decides which data is collected about you and why. For data protection purposes:
- your Club acts as the Data Controller — your data belongs to you and to your Club
- Move-O acts as a Data Processor — we operate the software on the Club's behalf
1. Who is responsible for your data
1.1 Your Club (Data Controller)
- determines what personal data is collected and for what purposes
- is responsible for the lawful collection and use of your data
- handles requests to access, correct, or delete your data
1.2 Move-O (Data Processor)
- processes data solely on behalf of, and under the instructions of, your Club
- does not use your data for its own purposes
- does not sell or share your data for marketing or advertising
2. Data we process
When you use Move-O Client, the following data may be processed:
- account and profile data: name, phone number, email, and login credentials
- data of family members you add and manage in the app, including children
- membership, booking, attendance, and schedule data
- payment records, such as transaction amount and status (we do not store full card details)
- technical data: push notification token, app version, and basic diagnostic logs
3. Why we process your data
Your data is processed strictly to:
- provide and operate the Move-O Client app
- show your memberships, schedule, and bookings
- let you book sessions and pay for your Club's services
- send notifications related to your bookings, memberships, and account
- provide technical support and ensure security
- comply with legal obligations
Your data is not used by Move-O for advertising, marketing, or profiling.
4. Payments
All payments for your Club's services are processed through the payment service providers used by your Club.
- Move-O is not a party to these payment transactions
- Move-O does not receive, hold, or manage your money
- card details are handled directly by the payment provider; Move-O does not store full card numbers
Any questions about charges, refunds, or payment disputes should be addressed to your Club.
5. Family and children's data
Move-O Client allows a single account owner to manage memberships and bookings for family members, including children.
- you add and manage family members as the account owner, on their behalf or with their consent
- data about children is used only to organize their classes, memberships, and attendance
- your Club, as the Data Controller, is responsible for the lawful processing of this data
6. Account and data deletion
Your data belongs to you and is controlled by your Club. To delete your account or your personal data, please contact your Club, which is responsible for handling such requests.
Acting on your Club's instructions, Move-O will delete or export the relevant data from its systems. You can find your Club's contact details in the app or by reaching out to the Club directly.
7. Data sharing and sub-processors
Data may be shared only with:
- hosting and infrastructure providers
- payment service providers used by your Club
- push notification services (such as Apple and Google)
- technical support services
All sub-processors operate under contractual obligations and applicable data protection requirements.
8. Data storage and security
We apply appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including access control, encryption, and infrastructure security.
Data is stored for as long as your Club uses the service or until your Club requests its deletion.
9. Your rights
You have the right to:
- access your personal data
- rectify or erase your data
- restrict processing
- data portability
These rights are exercised through your Club, which acts as the Data Controller.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The current version will always be available in the app or on the official website.
