Move-o

Move-o is a business management software provided as a service (SaaS), designed exclusively for fitness studios, sports schools, and kids activity clubs.

This Public Offer (the Offer) governs the terms under which LuckySoft OÜ provides access to Move-o to legal entities and individual entrepreneurs (the Business).

Move-o is intended for B2B use only and is not offered to consumers.

1. General provisions

LuckySoft OÜ, registered under the laws of the Republic of Estonia, with its registered address at Harju maakond, Tallinn, Kesklinna linnaosa, Vesivärava tn 50-301, 10152, offers the Business a non-exclusive right to use Move-o.

Acceptance of this Offer constitutes a legally binding agreement between the Company and the Business.

2. Acceptance of the Offer

The Offer is deemed accepted when the Business:

registers an organization, club, or studio in Move-o
confirms acceptance during the registration process
uses the service, including access by authorized staff members

3. Scope of service

The Company provides access to Move-o on a Software as a Service (SaaS) basis.

The service is accessed remotely via the Internet and is not transferred into the ownership of the Business.

4. Fees and payments

Use of Move-o is subject to the selected pricing plan.

Payments are processed via third-party payment providers (including Stripe).

5. Liability and limitations

Move-o is provided on an “as is” basis.

6. Intellectual property

All intellectual property rights related to Move-o remain the exclusive property of the Company.

7. Termination

The Business may discontinue use of the service at any time.

The Company may suspend access in case of violations or security risks.
